Standard Tier

Monthly technical coaching and direct access to an Olympian

The Standard package is built for throwers who want real technical progress, not generic tips.

Each month, you can submit up to 20 throws for detailed technical analysis. Every video is reviewed with the same lens I use in my own training: identifying what actually limits distance, what’s leaking power, and what needs to change first. You won’t just hear what went wrong. You’ll understand why it happened and exactly what to focus on in your next sessions.

You’ll also have weekly opportunities to ask questions, get clarification, and talk through training, competition, or technical challenges. This is your chance to consistently pick the brain of an Olympian who is still in the trenches, actively training and competing.

This option is ideal for throwers who already have structure but want sharper feedback, better technical awareness, and guidance they can immediately apply.

Best for athletes who want consistent technical coaching and expert perspective without a full program build.

Advanced Tier

Structured programming with prioritized coaching support

The Advanced package is built for a small group of serious throwers who want a higher level of guidance and a clearer training structure than technical feedback alone.

You receive everything included in the Standard package, including monthly technical analysis of up to 20 throws and weekly opportunities to ask questions and get feedback.

In addition, Advanced athletes receive a personalized throws practice plan and a customized weight room program built around their season, training age, and technical priorities. These programs provide a clear framework for how to organize your throwing and lifting so your work supports the changes you are making in the ring.

Advanced athletes are limited to a small group to ensure higher quality feedback, more thoughtful programming adjustments, and a consistent coaching presence, while maintaining defined boundaries around communication and scope.

This option is best for throwers who want structured direction, individualized programming, and a more connected coaching relationship, without moving into a fully immersive or competition-focused coaching model.
