Unlock your potential in the discus throw; Step By Step, with Olympian Joe Brown.
Want to sharpen one specific part of your throw? This pass lets you attend any single weekend of the Discus Mastery Camp.
How It Works:
Select your weekend from the dropdown menu
Select whether you want to participate in day 1 of that weekend, day 2 of that weekend, or both day 1 & 2.
Each lesson is offered twice (Saturday OR Sunday) with the same material; choose whichever day works best for you or choose both days if you want to reinforce what you learned.
Come ready to drill, learn, and leave with actionable techniques
This isn’t a generic camp. Over 10 weekends, Olympian discus thrower Joe Brown will break the full throw into clear, focused parts. Each weekend dives deep into one critical element of the discus throw, with specialized drills, feedback, and progressions that athletes can take home and practice.
Format:
10-Part Camp (one weekend = one part of the throw)
Saturday and Sunday sessions are the same material - choose whichever day works best
Attend all 10 sessions for the complete progression, or drop in for specific skills you want to sharpen
All sessions will begin at noon and will run for approximately 3 hours
Any updates to the schedule will be emailed out promptly.
