Refresh your discus rankings
Copy the two World Athletics lists, review them, then save the update in Shopify. No weekly service required.
1. Copy the official lists
Open each link below. Check World, Unlimited and the newest Rank Date. Use page 1. Close any athlete pop-up, then press ⌘A, ⌘C on Mac (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C on Windows) to copy the whole page. Paste it into the matching box.
The first 50 athletes are imported. You can copy all 100 rows on page 1. Birth dates and countries are discarded.
Read automatically from “As of” when present. Otherwise enter the date printed on the list.
Both lists must have the same ranking date.
2. Review the update

3. Save it in Shopify
This draft is not published until you save it in your Shopify admin. The calculator will then load this snapshot for everyone.
- Click Copy update, then Open Shopify data editor.
- In the data page’s Content box, click Show HTML (the </> button).
- Select all content inside that box and paste the update.
- Click Show editor, then Save. Keep the page’s visibility set to Visible.
- Open the calculator and check the Rankings as of date.
View or select the prepared update
Only the separate “Discus Rankings Data” page needs updating. The calculator page stays unchanged.
This helper creates a draft in your browser. It cannot save changes to Shopify or access your account. You must sign in to Shopify to publish. It refreshes ranking lists; individual five-score inputs remain manual. Joe’s worked example stays dated October 13, 2026.
